City of Carlsbad Finance Department, as fiscal agent for the Eddy Lea Energy Alliance (ELEA) will receive sealed proposals in the Finance Department, of the City of Carlsbad, New Mexico, for LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE EDDY LEA ENERGY ALLIANCE LITIGATION AGAINST THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO.

The EDDY-LEA ENERGY ALLIANCE will hold a regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the City of Hobbs, Hobbs City Commission Chambers located at 200 East Broadway Street, Hobbs, New Mexico 88240. A copy of the agenda can be obtained from the Eddy-Lea Energy Alliance Website www.eddyleaenergyalliance.com, seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. If you are an individual with a disability who is in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter, or any other form of auxiliary aid or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact Carlsbad City Attorney’s Office at 575-887-1191 at least seventy two (72) hours prior to the meeting or as soon as possible.
