City of Carlsbad Finance Department, as fiscal agent for the Eddy Lea Energy Alliance (ELEA) will receive sealed proposals in the Finance Department, of the City of Carlsbad, New Mexico, for LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE EDDY LEA ENERGY ALLIANCE LITIGATION AGAINST THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO.
